Not every problem should receive a temporary fix. If a safe and durable solution requires measurements, opening part of a construction, a design or specialist qualifications, we explain this before work starts.

We accept only work that can be carried out safely and in line with technical requirements. Necessary qualifications, measurements, inspections or another specialist’s involvement are identified before intervention.
Hidden elements, earlier workmanship errors or damage not visible in photos may change the scope after the cause is exposed. Such changes should be explained and agreed before work continues.
Price depends on access, the condition of the substrate or installation, the number of elements, materials, preparation time, measurements and travel. Photos help with assessment but cannot always confirm the final cost.
Larger work can be divided into diagnosis, protection, execution and handover so that settlement reflects the actual stages and reduces misunderstandings.
Any concern is assessed against the agreed scope, existing conditions and documentation. We first determine whether the issue results from workmanship, material, use or another cause.
A correction should remove the cause rather than hide the symptom. If opening an element or further diagnosis is needed, this is explained before proceeding.
