A result is meaningful only together with information about the conditions, the history of the problem and how the place is used.

Usually not. Comparing several points, the problem area with a dry area, and results taken under similar conditions provides the most useful information.
Does a measurement identify the exact source of a leak?
It can narrow down the area and guide further diagnostics, but water may travel through building layers. Additional inspection or a local opening may sometimes be necessary.
Will I receive photo documentation?
The option of preparing photos and a short description is agreed before the work, depending on the purpose of the measurement and the requirements of the job.
Is a measurement a building expert report?
No. A technical measurement does not replace a surveyor’s opinion or a document requiring specific professional qualifications.
When is the best time to take measurements before renovation?
