What you can do
- Photograph the affected area: one joint, corner or long crack. Note dampness.
- Clean gently with a tile- and grout-compatible method. Do not dig deeply near drains or shower waterproofing.
- For stable tiles, choose removal depth and replacement grout using the manufacturer's system. Do not skim over dusty grout.
How to tell whether it helped
After full curing, the joint should be firm. A returning crack means the cause remains.
When to stop
Moving tiles, leaks or dampness on the other side require diagnosis before grouting.
How NAPREMO can help
NAPREMO can assess joints, substrate and sealing before proposing cosmetic work.
