What you can do
- Unload and gently open the drawer. Look for objects projecting above it or trapped behind it.
- Remove accessible crumbs with a soft dry brush. Do not apply universal lubricant to every runner.
- Remove or adjust the drawer only using its runner instructions. Never pull through a stop.
How to tell whether it helped
It should move smoothly when empty; reload gradually within its rated capacity.
When to stop
Stop if the drawer tilts, a runner bends or the cabinet becomes unstable.
