What you can do
- If water keeps leaking, close the correct accessible isolation valve without forcing it.
- Only in safe surroundings, collect spilled water and place a container under the drip. Do not run the tap to recreate the leak.
- Photograph the visible connection and say whether it leaked while the sink was unused.
How to tell whether it helped
Closing the valve limits damage; it does not repair the faulty part. Resume use after repair and a leak check.
When to stop
Stay away from wet electrical equipment. Isolate power only from a dry, safe position. Tell the building manager if shared services are involved.
How NAPREMO can help
Once the leak is controlled, NAPREMO can assess seals, alignment and damaged parts. Do not patch siphon joints with silicone.
